Acoustic Technology Liquid Handling System
The Echo® is at the core of our compound management activities, offering hit identification and lead optimization support to all drug discovery projects. Using contactless acoustic dispensing technology, Evotec creates assay-ready plates with ultra-low, nanoliter transfers in both 384- and 1536-well formats. The system enables the creation of custom ARPs in any format or layout, including direct dispensing from acoustic tubes to ARPs for iterative screening of focused HTS libraries. This approach minimizes compound waste and cross-contamination while ensuring high reproducibility, accuracy, and full traceability.
